The Grief Program

​ * We currently offer a curriculum based program (1) A weekly phone grief program, or (2) The weekly phone program which includes a week-long retreat.

Phone Program:
* Our phone program is a year’s recovery process. It is a one hour call weekly, to work on A Pathway to Healing, the grief recovery curriculum.
This provides a slow introspective healing process which helps a person better understand why they grieve the way they do and why others may grieve differently.
We help a person realize that healing takes time and therefore, are willing to commit to completing the 50 week course.


Ranch Retreat:
* The 7 day Ranch Retreat is from Friday through the following week, Friday. Accommodations and meals are included with our program.
Our goal is to provide time to be without responsibilities and chores from your daily life. To be cared for and nurtured.
Daily, time is divided into discussion sessions, morning and afternoon.
You may participate in feeding the animals. In the spring helping
when we will be planting a garden, or in summer watering and tending the garden, or fall, harvesting the garden.
In addition, each day you will have, "Introspection or Reflection time" for devotional reading, writing, journaling, and self-work. This time is also for hiking, visiting our animals, sitting and enjoying the view, (beautiful sunsets , dense stars), walking or just alone time.
When the weather and wind allows, we will have an evening campfire. Weather permitting too, we will plan a session and picnic at a nearby lake.
Before leaving, together we will schedule an hour call per week, to continue or finish the course & continue our grief-work.
This is not only to complete the work you began at the ranch, but so we can be available for you as you go though your healing process.
